Wæm Lomi Nivǐ was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Lomi Nivǐ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Wæm Lomi Nivǐ is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of premissive cobblestone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Wæm Lomi Nivǐ's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Wæm Lomi Nivǐ's top tier civilian fortifications are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

A look around Wæm Lomi Nivǐ shows Wæm Lomi Nivǐ is little more than a wretched hive of scum and villainy. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is.
